Why this exists

I didn't build this to start a brand.
I built it because nothing else worked on my own skin.

The problem was dull skin. A tan that wouldn't budge. Excess melanin that made my face look one shade heavier than the rest of me, no matter the season.

I tried what most people try. Sunscreen, every morning, the expensive ones. Brightening creams with niacinamide. Vitamin C serums. A korean ten-step phase that lasted four months. Chemical exfoliants on alternate nights. Sheet masks before weddings.

Some of it masked the dullness for a day. Most of it did nothing. A few things made it worse — my skin would look brighter for a week, then duller than before once I stopped.

At some point I stopped looking for something to put on top of my skin and started asking the obvious question I'd been avoiding: why is my skin behaving this way in the first place?

That question is the only thing that built this brand. Three of the four products you'll find here came directly out of fixing my own face, my own hair, my own lips. Root-first. Edible-grade. No synthetic stabilisers, because the problem was never that I needed stronger chemistry — it was that I'd been coating the problem instead of removing it.

The fourth — the lip oil — is the one I have to be honest about. It wasn't born from my own transformation. But I refused to launch it until it was built with the same standard as the rest, and tested until it cleared that bar. I'd rather tell you that openly than pretend all four are personal.

The line I kept saying to myself, long before it ended up on a homepage, was this:
your original self is still there. It's just buried.

That's the whole reason this exists. Not to sell you a new face. To help you uncover the one you've always had.

The standard

"Apply only what you can eat — because you eat through your skin."
